Installation

  • Serial Number issue
    • Serial Number for Bias SoundSoap is missing
      • The Bias SoundSoap serial number is printed on a label sticked on the Studio Ultimate disc sleeve.
      • Contact Technical Support (you will be requested to provide a proof of purchase)
    • Serial Number for Bias SoundSoap is invalid
      • Please enter the serial number all in lower case.

  • How can I register my product ?
    • We recommend you registring your Pinnacle product. You can either register online during the installation process or you can register from our web site.
    • After your first registration you will receive a CustomerID and a password to access to your information. Please visit MyPinnacle to review or update your information.
    • We recommend you regularly updating your information (for instance if your have a new email address).
  • I need to reinstall Studio, do you have a procedure ?
  • CD or DVD are not automatically launching after installing Studio 11.
  • What is the installation order of the Studio discs ?

Capture

Make Movie

  • Error: "Direct to disc error"
  • Error: "Menu has no links"
  • DVDs created by Studio do not play back, or appear blank
  • Error: "Burn failed, use empty disc"
  • Created HD DVD or AVCHD disk on a normal DVD disk with Studio, appears to be empty in Windows Explorer on a Windows XP computer
  • I created an AVCHD disk with Studio 11.1 and the menus of the project are not available when I playback the disk in my BluRay player
