Submit a question to Technical Support via EMAIL
To Submit a question to Technical Support via EMAIL please follow the following steps.
- Below you will see an image of the Ask a Question interface
 - Here you will fill out your User ID. This is usually your email address.
- Fill in the subject of your question to Technical Support.
- Is the larger open space you will type a your question containing any additional imformation that may be needed. Please be sure to be as clear and concise as possible.
- Once you are done, you can select your product.
- For Product you would select "Liquid / Edition Editing Products
- For the subproduct please select the approproite product.
- For the Category and sub category select the category that best fits your Email.
- Once you have done that, below that area there is a place to attach a file to your email. You do not need to do this but you can if it will help solve your issue.
- Below the attachment section there is a "Submit Question" button. If you are done click on that.
