Software Update, March 12, 2003: DVC 100 device driver update for customers with NVIDIA Video controllers (AGP cards and On-Board Graphics/USB controllers).

  1. Begin by clicking the following link: DVC100v340.exe (1.91 MB).

  2. The "File Download" window appears. Click the Save button or choose Save this program to disk.

  3. The "Save As" window appears. Use the Save In drop-down menu or provided window to navigate to the location where you would like to download the driver update.

    NOTE: Please be sure to download the driver update to a convenient location on your computer as you will have to locate and run this file once the download is complete.

  4. Once you have determined the desired destination, click the Save button to begin the download.

  5. When the download is complete, click the Close button

  6. Now, disconnect the DVC 100 from your computer's USB port. This is very important so be certain it is disconnected before you proceed to step 7.

  7. Minimize or close your internet browser and navigate to the directory where you chose to download the driver update in step 3.

  8. Double-click the DVC100v340.exe file to begin the installation process

  9. The device driver update should install automatically.

  10. Once the installation process is complete restart your computer.

  11. Next, connect the DVC 100 to your computer's USB port.

  12. The DVC 100 will be detected and installed. Depending on your Windows® operating system version you may be prompted to restart after the DVC 100 is installed.

    Congratulations! You have successfully installed the DVC 100 drivers.
