  1. Begin by clicking the following link: DCS200v340.exe (1.92 MB).

  2. The "File Download" window appears. Click the Save button or choose Save this program to disk.

  3. The "Save As" window appears. Use the Save In drop-down menu or provided window to navigate to the location where you would like to download the driver update.

    NOTE: Please be sure to download the driver update to a convenient location on your computer as you will have to locate and run this file once the download is complete.

  4. Once you have determined the desired destination, click the Save button to begin the download.

  5. When the download is complete, click the Close button

  6. Now, disconnect the DCS 200 from your computer's USB port. This is very important so be certain it is disconnected before you proceed to step 7.

  7. Minimize or close your internet browser and navigate to the directory where you chose to download the driver update in step 3.

  8. Double-click the DCS200v340.exe file to begin the installation process

  9. The device driver update should install automatically.

  10. Once the installation process is complete restart your computer.

  11. Next, connect the DCS 200 to your computer's USB port.

  12. The DCS 200 will be detected and installed. Depending on your Windows® operating system version you may be prompted to restart after the DCS 200 is installed.

    Congratulations! You have successfully installed the DCS 200 drivers.

Software Update, July 2002: DCS 200 device driver update for customers who have installed the Dazzle software in French, Italian, German or Spanish. This update is for users of Windows® 98SE, 2000, Me and XP. This update is not necessary for customers who have installed the Dazzle software in English or those who have not yet installed the Dazzle software.

Instructions for downloading and installing the DCS 200 device driver update for Windows® 98SE, 2000, Me and XP:

IMPORTANT: Dazzle highly recommends that all applications be closed prior to running this DCS 200 device driver update.

  1. Begin by clicking the following link: DCS200v210.exe (1.88 MB).

  2. The "File Download" window appears. Click the Save button or choose Save this program to disk.

  3. The "Save As" window appears. Use the Save In drop-down menu or provided window to navigate to the location where you would like to download the driver update.
